We will craft a plan to incorporate realistic stress management practices into your day-to-day, so you're consistently completing the stress cycle.

We will also look at your habits and routines, to see where you need more support.

After burning out hard in 2020, Rhia performed an inventory on her career, started to research burnout, and identified all the factors that led her there.

She came to two conclusions: the system needs to change, but also there's a lot we can do as individuals to prevent and heal burnout.

Self-care, supportive routines, setting boundaries, delegating, owning our voices, and minimizing internal stressors like perfectionism, people-pleasing, and a harsh inner critic can take you from burned out to thriving.
